Stepping Stones on Investing in Real Estate

Real Estate Agent with Real Estate America

I bought a Du-plex for 65K. One side was rented for $450 per month.

My payment was $405 per month.

I lived in the other side rent free.

I found another Owner Contract Home for 56K, no Bank Fees and Financing.

I lived there for about 1 year, payments were $525 mo.

I founf another Owner Contracr home for 63K.

The house I moved from I rented to Low Income for $650 per mo.

That covered my payment for my new purchase.

I again found an Owner Contract Home and repeated the above.

Each additional purchase was covered financially by the the previous purchase.

Steeping Stones on Investing for Retirement.

With only SSI for retirement, I would probably have to eat Crackers twice a day, and live in a tent.

I will help you get stepping in the right direction too.

Lets talk.
