This is one of a series titled Sunsets from downtown San Diego Now that daylight savings time is here, the sunsets are about an hour later, which means I have more time in the evening to get out to the coast and get in my daily walk and take some pictures, like these: If you're looking for a great real estate agent in San Diego, well, I'm available 24/7, so feel free to contact me by phone or email. Those pictures were taken behind the San Diego Convention Center at Embarcadero Marina Park South looking west (obviously) towards Coronado Island.
Back in college I had a Minolta SLR camera but when digital cameras came along, my other half gave me a Kodak DSLR for my birthday, which meant that he was the one who always used it. Real estate has allowed me to take up photography again, but it's amazing how much you can forget about composition and lighting after a decade or so.
let me Google one for you.

Very jealous! You are in one of the most beautifulest cities in the country, but I didn't need to tell you that. I appreciate your pictures, it certainly relaxes after a hard day of work.
My mom lives at Smartcorner and I'm in NY. Thanks for the pics, reminds me of her!
Thanks for sharing these photos Jim,
they are wonderfully interesting.
The map helps put it into perspective.

I was in San Diego last week and fell in love! You have quite the pretty city there!
Hi Jim - These are beautiful San Diego sunsets. Do you still use the Kodak DSLR? Your other half is quite happy with his handy dandy Canon.
Beautiful sunset pics. It was nice to have an extra hour last night. I actually had time to take crazy Rocky for a walk since it was his 1st birthday.
Nice view. With daylight savings time this past weekend, this is appropriate.
Jim: Very nice, and your camera picked up the hues of the sunset very well!

Marc – The Kodak DSLR finally gave out in 2003. The repair shop wanted $250 just to see what was wrong with it, but there on the counter, for just $199, we could buy a brand new HP digital point & shoot camera with 5 MP, as opposed to the Kodak’s 1 MP. I guess you know what we did. We have two Canon DSLR’s now, a Rebel XSi and a 550D, which in America is known as the Rebel T2i. Ours was imported from England which is why it says 550D on it.
