Honolulu County IS full of rich history and most interesting is the Iolani Palace which is a National Historic Landmark and listed on the National Register of Historical Places. The original palace was built in 1845 during the reign of Kamehameha III.
Iolani Palace is the only royal palace used as an official residence by a reigning monarch in the United States. Make sure and visit the Iolani Palace and see the magnificent feather cloak of Kiwala'o, the Crown Jewels, the Chamberlain's Office and other treasures of the Monarchy period.

With inventory lower than the past two years previous and interest rates on the rise......and If you believe that you are ready to buy and your circumstances are favorable now is the time to purchase that dream home. Prices are low but when interest rates are going up the difference in the math shows that your monthly payments will be significantly higher.
