I began an oil painting class a few weeks ago and have really enjoyed it. I have shared my progress on a few paintings on facebook... and the response has been really incredible... and fun! Because of my new hobby I have made so many new connections-- I have joined not only my art class, but a "women's art group", and connected with many art lovers as well.
It has been a wonderful experience and it has created a whole new avenue for meeting people and sharing a passion for art. Here is my first painting... the 3 Amigos... from the beginning to near completion.
Almost finished... have a little more work to do and a signature of course! Don't be afraid to share you art with your family, friends, and clients... it will make it even more rewarding!
