Original Source: BCC High School Used Book Sale/2011
The annual BCC High School Used Book Sale is fast approaching. But, before the sale can begin, donations are needed. If you have any gently used books that are no longer wanted, drop offs are being accepted over the next few weeks at the following times:
Friday, March 18: 2:30pm to 7pm
Saturday, March 19: 10am to 4pm
Sunday, March 20: 10am to 4pm
Monday, March 21: 2:30pm to 7pm
Tuesday, March 22: 2:30pm to 7pm
You can drop your books off at Cafeteria. From the East-West Highway take a right into the main campus entrance and hug the right. For those of you that live near by, it's where you vote.
The BCC Used Book Sale takes place on Saturday, March 26 & Sunday, March 27 from 10-4 each day. Don't forget your reusable bags and CASH!
Trade paperback $2
Pocket Paperback $1
$10 bag of books
$20 box of books
Please note: At the end of the book sale, hundreds of "unsold" books remain in very good condition waiting for a home. Besides many best-selling adult titles, there are excellent, gently used children's books for all ages. Many are in perfect condition.
The BCC community is extending a special invitation for non-profits and schools to come in at the end of the sale, on Sunday, March 27, from 1 to 2 p.m., to access the remaining books -- FOR FREE. The goal of the outreach program is to promote a love for reading within the community, and to share resources with others.
