Diary of a New Agent -- Previewed Some Awesome Houses

Real Estate Agent with Lyon Real Estate - Downtown

This weekend, I spent my first day out previewing houses in North Sacramento. I can't belive how many great deals are out there. There was one for $55,000, yes it is true, $55,000 the perfect investment house or 1st time buyer who doesn't mind getting there hands dirty. Best of all, it still had the 1940 charm with built in bookshelves and a wood fireplace.

The other was a diamond in the rough, per say. The tile floors, perfect kitchen with 2 fireplaces and a wetbar, can be perfect for anyone who likes to entertain. I thought they were great, just don't understand why it has been on the market forever!

If you know anyone who is interested in buying an investment home or is first time home buyer, I know a few out there. Give me a call / email, I can hook you up.

Nancy, good luck with your new career.  I have just joined ActiveRain less than two months ago and love it! Just keep on writing. I was scared to post my first blog and now I cannot stop writing.

I went full-time several years ago...just about the time the economic bubble burst.   Veteran realtors have told me if I can survive these times, it might actually be fun if and whenever times get better.  I try to make every year more successful.   I have plowed a lot of time and money into continuing education and designations to help me learn and be professional. Hope it works for you!
