If you want to meet 5000 possible buyers and sellers I suggest you go out and get in front of them like we did.
This past weekend my brokerage, Exit Realty, sponsored a booth at the home and garden show in Las Cruces NM. I wanted to say thank you to the organizers for putting on a great event and say a bigger thank you to my agents that were willing to stay and participate in the meet and greet for over 4000 people.
Our booth was as busy as any and we met thousands of wonderful people. Obviously we couldn't talk to them all for long but it was fun meeting everyone and talking about Real Estate in Las Cruces. Our agents had a great time handing out large bags that were preprinted with our logo and there were hundreds of these bags being carried by the customers from the event.
Thanks to everyone who participated and we cant wait to participate in next years event. If there was ever a great place to meet 4 to 5000 possible customers this was it. Our agents reported that they answered hundreds of real estate related questions for buyers and sellers. Our agents are some of the hardest working, enthusiastic people I know and they took flyers to showcase their clients listings, gave classes on topics that interested potential home buyers and sellers in Las Cruces, and had videos for training and virtual tours.
