I'm having an S.O.S. day - and LOVING it!
What? Who likes to be in distress?!?
Well, my S.O.S. day is a bit different:
S is for Settlement. We all love having those. I had one for a buyer today. The happy culmination of a few months' work. It doesn't matter if you're at a settlement for a buyer or seller - this part of the S.O.S day is what proves that you have the skills to get the job done.
O is for Offer. I just finished writing up an offer for a buyer client that we will sign tonight. Whether you're writing offers for buyers, or receiving them for sellers, this is where your skills as a negotiator come in to play. One of my favorite parts of an S.O.S day!
S is for Showing. I'm showing one of my own listings today. This may be the most important part of an S.O.S. day. Showings for your listings or showings for your buyers. If you don't get the showings, you won't get to enjoy the other parts of the S.O.S. day!
Do I have an S.O.S. day every day? Well, no. I think I'd have to clone myself if I did this every day! But I always try to get as many S.O.S. days as I can!
The only thing better than an S.O.S. day?
A L.O.S.S. day! Listing, Offer, Showing and Settlement. I'll give a shout out the next time I'm enjoying my L.O.S.S!
