Nick these are beautiful houses, but I could not help chuckling as I was reading the blog when you stated "tree stands".

Several years ago some very good friends of ours moved to Tennessee, and my wife went to visit them.  In the directions to their house it said that we needed to make a left at the first "stand of trees" as we went around a bend in the road.  That is the first time I had ever heard the term "stand of trees".  I chuckled at that then, and you just brought back those memories again :) :) :)

George-always happy to bring back amusing moments.

Al & Peggy-I guess I thought it sounded poetic.

Oh, wow, Nick, The Ridge at Kellywoods sounds and definitely looks like wonderful community.  It's nice that it is "close" to major roads yet the community is so peaceful.

Nick, you are the go to agent for the Ridge at Kellywoods.  It's nice when some of the older original trees are left in place.  It gives a neighborhood more character.
