Honest to God, my first thought after reading your post was, "La, la, la, bla, bla, bla."

I'm not trying to be mean, I'm trying to be instructive, and hopefully alerting you to what others may be feeling, but don't have the integrity to admit.

You really should try to come up with a specific value proposition, as opposed to repeating generic things that everyone expects anyway (does anyone really expect their agent to have anything other than a work ethic?).

You need to come up with something like:

If you are a seller, you should list with me b/c I sell my listings for 6% more money than the average agent in the Temecula MLS! My listings sell in half the time of the average listing in the Temecula MLS! Buyers, on average I negotiate a 19.3% reduction below list price, and for 98.4% of my buyers I am able to get a seller paid home warranty and a 2.6% closing credit!

That is a reason to work with you. Much different than the typical, "la, la, la, bla, bla, bla."
