Miami Beach’s famed 23 blocks of southernmost beaches, commonly known as South Beach, is an eclectic mix of prized real estate.  From bohemian cottages, to historic Art Deco residences, to lavish top-of-the-line oceanfront condos, South Beach real estate is sure to please anyone.  Dazzling beaches, world-class cuisine, designer boutiques and galleries, and sizzling nightclubs are the perfect mix to create a fabulous lifestyle.  Some of the most popular South Beach neighborhoods include Flamingo Park, Espanola Way District, Collins Park, and Flamingo West.

Flamingo Park real estate includes the areas starting at Fifth Street, and extending north towards Lincoln Road.  It primarily consists of low-rise buildings styled in Art Deco architecture.  The most notable entertainment and leisure draw is Flamingo Park.  Flamingo Park is one of the most beloved areas in all of South Beach, known across the city as a place for relaxation and fun alike.  The almost 37 acre park was originally built in 1950, but recent expansion and renovation projects have added elements that all can enjoy including a football field, dog park, swimming pool, tennis courts, and children’s playground.  Real estate near Flamingo Park, including Flamingo Park condos, caters to families as well as singles looking for an active lifestyle.

Espanola Way District is a funky, bohemian neighborhood originally planned for the well-to-do of Miami Beach.  Styled after quaint European villages, Espanola Way effectively transports its visitors and residents to another time and place.  Located north of 14th Street, between Pennsylvania and Washington Avenues, Espanola Way is adjacent to Flamingo Park.  Espanola Way real estate is perfect for those looking for a unique piece of South Beach with a distinctive European flair.  There are numerous dining options, art galleries, and artisan shops to choose from, and the streets are full of vendors selling homemade crafts and goods.  The iconic Clay Hotel is the most recognizable tourist attraction, having been filmed for several television shows and movies.   Espanola Way condos offer the perfect access to this charming corner of Miami Beach.

The Miami New Times has deemed the South Beach neighborhood of Collins Park to be Miami Beach’s most up and coming new neighborhood.  The area is contained between 17th Street and 23rd Street, and is located across from the Miami Beach Convention Center.  The city is undergoing a large renovation project to transform Collins Park.  While the area currently consists of low-rise condo buildings, many of these have been purchased and are being turned into the trendy high-rise condominiums that are sweeping across South Beach.

Flamingo West is a neighborhood that extends from Flamingo Park to Lincoln Road on Lennox Avenue and Michigan Avenue.  The primary residences are single family homes.

Whatever the buyers’ needs, South Beach real estate has a perfect home or condo for all.
