Kristin, nice report about the Mukwonago, WI area real estate market. I'm actually a little more familiar with Oconomowoc and Milwaukee since I have a home in Woodstock, Illinois along the Wisconsin border (just south of Lake Geneva). When does your market or spring selling season begin? I know that because of the weather it doesn't usually pick up in Illinois until March. Anyway, I think it's going to be a great 2015!
