When doing your initial searching for Barrie condos using the Barrie MLS, you will be narrowing your search down to the right unit for your budget and using other personal preferences, but you should also think about the future resale strategy for the condo unit. Functional Layouts – ask your condo professional what floor plan layouts have sold well over time in the particular condominium building you are looking at.
