Does anyone know how to get support at Twitter? I deleted my photo to upload a new one but now, while I can browse to find it, there is no way to upload it. I'm stuck! I've searched for help. I've mailed support@twitter.com, I've mailed support.twitter@twitter.com . No response, like sending a message into a black hole. I've even tweeted for help on Twitter! so to my great ActiveRain buddies, got any ideas? I appreciate any help or advice you can give me.
That stinks, Victoria. You're right, it is like a black hole. I had a problem w/ Wordpress and I felt the same. They told me there is no phone #. LOL. I wish I could give you advice but I do feel your pain. the tweeting for help is a great idea, though. Maybe send a DM to someone on twitter who seems to know stuff (e.g. mashable).

Thanks John, I tried that. It even takes you to the chance to file a support ticket but when you click that it says "ooops something is wrong, try back"! Ugh.
That is really weird, I have no problems submitting a support ticket. Well if I come across anything else I can think of I will let you know. Good luck :)
