Tim, I know you are one of the busiest guys around with the renovation loan products (Wells Fargo Home Mortgage) but wasn't it rewarding to see this transformation first hand. Walking through the home and seeing where the walls have been removed to make the home more functional. It was a pleasure having you visit the jobsite. Another one that you will find interesting is the one coming up in Pacifica, CA shortly. That one is a real mess that we will be making major changes to.

You are so right and it I get to see this each and every day, had another one yesterday for a draw inspection that, when they removed the wood paneling they found the termites had eaten the back of the paneling and face of each 2x4 framing stud... looked like a road map of grooves. I find it facinating to see the quality of the contractors out there that take that an mold it into a "home" again. It is truly amazing, Thank you for the comment. I see we are on the venue for speaking at the SACAR on Tuesday 3/29/2011... my mother's birthday. See you there. It sounds like we are going to have a full house there. M
