Can A Hemet, CA Homeowner Save Their Home From Foreclosure?

Asking a Hemet, CA homeowner if they can save their home from foreclosure is a loaded question - one that cannot be clearly answered yes or no without exploring the options.

There are multiple alternatives that are explored here in my blog and that I have published in my book, "What You Need to Know About Foreclosure and How You Can Stop It!"

I will be publishing a series of self-help follow-up articles on various methods that I discuss in greater detail in my book, on many of the ways a Hemet Homeowner can stop the foreclosure.  There are already a number of articles that have been previously published here in my blog and additional ones will be following shortly on the various techniques for stopping the foreclosure of a Hemet home.  The various methods that have been explored and we will look at closer include:

Saving a home from foreclosure is a personal journey that no one can take for you.  In the end, yes you may very well save your Hemet, CA home from foreclosure but this does not mean you will save your home for the long haul.

Realize that you still must be able to afford your home and all of your other monthly bills in order for you to keep everything you currently have.

The bottom line is if you can't afford to keep it, you will lose it.

So, it is very possible to save your home from foreclosure, yet you still end up selling your home... on your own terms. This should be considered a personal victory and one that you should be proud of because you have found victory over the negative circumstances that put you in this negative situation.

Sometimes life just sends us a temporary setback that we can recover from and other times life takes on a whole new course for us to follow.

In almost every circumstance, foreclosure can be avoided if dealt with early enough in the process.  To wait and not take any action until the week before the home is to be auctioned on the courthouse steps will not likely produce any favorable results.

Please come back and join me next time when I discuss the three steps that must be taken in every situation when the Hemet homeowner knows they are in trouble with their mortgage and what they must do to rectify the situation, regardless of what course of action is best for them.

John,

I haven't been involved in assisting seller's with this issue, yet, but I want to be as prepared as possible if it comes up.  I feel it's another very important part of giving great customer service to be able to help my clients who I assisted with a home purchase, keep their home through the hard times.

Thanks for this series and keep up the good work.

I'm really impressed how you break things down for a person who is about to go into default or is in default. I also am impressed how you focus your blog on your city, I'm guessing that really helps with your SEO.

Look forward to reading your local blogs to see how you have it set up for SEO.
