We are also able to provide short & long-term corporate housing solution recommendations in most major US cities.
From a business perspective, we operate just like a traditional relocation services company.
- We will recommend a real estate agent to handle the disposition of our client's current real estate property.
- We will recommend a real estate agent to handle the purchase of our client's new real estate property.
- Help manage the actual moving of our client's household goods.
- Perform any other research or related tasks as requested.
So how do we get paid? We are compensated for our services by our real estate and moving partners, so there generally are no additional charges for our services. As is typical, our clients or the companies they work for are responsible for negotiating and funding any and all real estate commissions directly with the real estate agents as well as paying the moving companies for services rendered.
