These graphs are about as basic, although as accurate as they can be yet only scratch the surface of the interpretation of what is happening in the local market. The more broad the data provided the easier it is to perceive relative trends. Like people, communities have personalities too and that drives pricing and activity in each. There's no "catch-all" when it comes to evaluating property, even if you haven't heard it lately, know that it's always LOCAL.
About a third of our properties are sold with mortgages attached. This remains fairly constant.
