Calvert County home sales break out of the winter doldrums with improvement in median sales price and average sales prices, number of sales, dollar volume, shorter time on market, and higher seller versus list price - all good news. Calvert County experienced higher median sales prices in 6 of 12 months in 2010 vs. the 2009 median sales price which point to stabilization in the local Calvert County real estate market.
