PAY IT FORWARD AT THE FRUIT MARKET Ha Ha Ha!
As we were walking down one of the aisles at the fruit market, an elderly woman grabs onto Larry's arm and starts walking with us.
We smile at her and then she starts to put some grapes in our cart. We asked if she was with anyone and she said no and continues to walk holding onto Larry.
She adds some tomatoes, bananas, and oranges into our cart and then said she needs eggs.
So we add the eggs for her.
We had huge smiles on our face as this was so adorable and cute to us.
We kept turning around to see if anyone was following her or if we were being filmed.
She then tells us she's finished and leads us to the register. She takes all her groceries out of the cart, pays and takes Larry's arm again in the direction of the door.
She takes us to a car in the parking lot. In the car was a middle aged woman talking on her cellphone. Turns out it was her Granddaughter who told her to wait while she had to take an important call.
Her Granddaughter told us she likes being an independant 92 year old and she couldn't wait for her to finish her call. So she "found" Larry and proceeded to shop!
We said our goodbyes and then went back into the market to continue our shopping ~
We know we're going to have the giggles every time we go back to this market!
