Houses are selling in our Fair Haven! As of today there are 43 single family homes listed for sale in town, ranging in price from a bungalow on Cedar Ave for $199,900 (on a 35 x 80 lot) to 9,000 square foot home on the Navesink at 191 Lewis Lane at $3,950,000.
The great news is that there are 18 homes Under Contract. That's a very healthy percentage of For Sale vs Under Contract!

So, what we see here is a variation from you might expect... River Oaks homes selling for less than Third or Harrison will come as a surprise to many. Most of the homes that sold high on the list are NEW construction. It is virtually certain that the homes on the list that sold for less will be replaced with new construction. That's the way of the market. We have seen enormous changes in neighborhoods. Harvard Road, for example, one of the prettiest streets in town, is lined with lovely homes built from the 1920s-1950s. Four perfectly nice homes have been recently replaced with four new homes, all selling well over one million.
