Indeed, it looks like a great buy. Hope you can close soon.

Recently I saw this article on CNN Money where the Census Bureau says, Florida has an 18% vacancy all across the state with Lee County leading the way at 30%, followed by Polk, Palm Beach and Pinellas at 19%, 18% and 17% respectively.

Hopefully there will be a recovery soon. I think Florida has some of the best deals out there right now, especially the west coast.
