WELL-KNOWN REAL ESTATE COLUMNIST DIES

Nationally syndicated real estate columnist Robert Bruss died Wednesday at his northern California home. For 23 years, Bruss wrote daily syndicated real estate columns, including the widely published "Real Estate Mailbag" question-and-answer real estate column. Bruss was not only a licensed real estate broker, he was also a real estate attorney licensed in California. "Bob had a loyal following of readers who turned to him every week for sound real estate advice," says Jessica Swesey, editorial and content director of Inman News, which for the last several years distributed Bruss' columns. "Over the years, he helped so many people sort out their various buying and selling questions and was an amazing resource of independent information. He was the most prolific writer I've ever known, and the entire Inman News team will miss him," Swesey says.
