I am in the process of creating an online newsletter to be sent out to my sphere of influence. Since I'm creating it myself, I wanted to get some input on what I should put in it from you all? Thanks.

Desmond, why are you working so hard?! :) Take a look at this newsletter service I just started, no heavy-lifting required. I'm also a broker, so I use the service myself. We sent out the premiere issue yesterday, and so far the response has been great. Another agent who uses the service emailed me yesterday to say that she's getting a lot of positive feedback already.
