AREA 1 - OAK VALLEY COMMERCIAL AREA
This area will serve the areas on the west side of town with neighborhood commercial (convenience shopping for people on the west side of town), community commercial (some big box retailers such as Lowes), and golf course/tourist commercial uses.

AREA 2 - BEAUMONT REGIONAL TOWN CENTER
This area will be a regional commercial area that will serve Beaumont and the surrounding areas with over 1 million square feet of commercial and 2.000-3.000 homes. It will be something akin to the Victoria Gardens regional hall in Rancho Cucamonga in that it will most likely be a "lifestyle center" with old town style streets and shops that front on them. It won't be like a typical enclosed mall like you find in Temecula or Moreno Valley. There will be a mixture of uses including residential, civic and office uses mixed in with the retail uses in a "new town" type concept.
AREA 3 - BEAUMONT INDUSTRIAL PARK
This area has been planned for future industrial, manufacturing and logistics warehouse projects, some of which are currently under construction. The area will provide places for residents to work locally and will establish an "industrial base" that will help spin off other uses such as service commercial.

AREA 4 - DOWNTOWN COMMERCIAL
The Downtown Commercial area is primarily a redevelopment project along Sixth Street Commercial development in this area includes upgrades to existing land uses, many of which were established under the County and were developed along the old US Highway 99. The City will be working on a "Downtown Specific Plan" for the area as soon as the General Plan Update is complete. The Downtown Specific Plan will establish a theme for the downtown and will include a mixture of retail, restaurants, office, automobile and residential uses. There are also smatterings of industrial and manufacturing uses on the west end of the downtown commercial area that are expanding.
