The MLS we Realtors use here in Kansas City has come out with some new tools and I thought I'd share one of them with you today.  They say a picture is worth a thousand words.  Well, I'll let you be the judge in this case:

All of the charts below are for the Grey Oaks subdivision in Western Shawnee.  Keep in mind, that since this is still a community with new construction, there may be a few stats missing or skewed here and there, but overall, you can get a good idea what the market is like here.
