I Love Working with first -time home Buyer's

I found a niche of helping first-time home Buyers discover the joy of Home Ownership. Maybe it's because of my nurturing personality and my past careers as an educator. But, I gotta tell you working with buyers and closing deals has me singing happy tunes. When I first started my real estate career, I was told get listings, list to last, talk to sellers, blah, blah, blah. Only to discover that's a lot of work and was draining my checking book.

Then there was short sales......talk about discovering your inner potential......WOW, not to mention working with banks. But I managed to get through the hype and work with a first-time buyer and his wife. Having patients was easy, holding their hand through the process no problem. Education and explaining the real estate process.....I'm your girl.

Now I see Buyer's are jumping off the fence this year and they are excited to purchase their first home. I share that enthusiasm and notice I'm a magnet for first-time buyers. I take pride in buyer's putting their trust in me and being loyal. It's a great business and worth the time and energy when the referrals come pouring in!

I like working with first time home buyers too...many of them are nervous Nellies, but they do their research. So it's best to guide through the maze and make a little more effort in reassuring them all the wya. This is where hand holding skills are paramount.
