High School Boundaries are at times important to many home buyers in the Denver metro area. Many home shoppers prefer to shop for their new home by school boundary, even though Colorado is an open enrollment state. While open enrollment can be an option, some prefer to be within the shcool boundaries to make it closer to the school or have bus transportation available.
Heritage High School is one school that I am often asked about it. Located near "old" Littleton, it is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle & bustle of main roads.
Here are all of the homes available for sale in the Heritage High School boundaries - which is part of the Littleton Public Schools. This map is a feed from the Denver MLS that will show current listings at all times. Kids that go to Heritage High School will generally live in either the Goddard or Euclid Middle School boundary areas. If you see a home you are interested here, you can see what middle school it feeds from on the information area.
