Melissa,  Setting the expectations of all parties involved certainly helps to reduce the stress!

The mortgage market used to be predictable and we never missed a closing date and often were ready to close well ahead of time.  Guidelines are changing almost every day, underwriters and closing teams are over-worked and over-cautious.  As long as everyone knows the potential hardships ahead of time, bumps are more easily navigated.  We do all we can to protect our buyers from the stress by taking on the behind the scenes wranglings.  Everyone must know that in this market,  the underwriter will ALWAYS ask for at least "one more thing!"

Your clients are lucky to find such a caring professional at one of the most important transactions of thier lives!
