Beautiful 11.2 Acres in Dyer Nevada with mountain views and a trout stream running along the property. This property has road access, power and other utilities within 300 feet.

Dyer, Nevada is known for wild Mustang horses that roam the country side and much more wildlife, this property is approx 15 miles from California/ Nevada Border.

For sale by owner (myself), I am offering this property at: $80,000 Dollars. The property is approx 4 hours north of Las Vegas towards Reno. These photos were taken around 4 years ago when I first purchased the property, since then owners of properties surrounding mine have been building million dollar homes. Which in turn will cause the value of this property to rise every year. This is a great investment property & or a great retirement piece of property!

(Please Note):

Because I own this property I would be willing to take 50% down and carry the rest on a CD/ Owner Finance. I wrote a post for this property one month ago and was asking 90K and have since dropped it to 80K.

Thanks every one for stopping by and YES this is a very beautiful area and this same acreage only 15 minutes into California from this property would cost just under 200K. I bought this property for an investment and a great one it is, and if some one buys it great, and if they don't well the value will keep going up.

No bank is this country could give back a return like I am making on this 11.2 acres ... (BONUS)!
