The Hedges Creek Neighborhood, Tualatin Oregon

If you're looking for a neighborhood in Tualatin, Oregon that is in made up of well built higher end homes and has a park and nature trail right there...Hedges Creek might just fit your needs.

This desirable neighborhood was built in the later 1980's to mid 1990's by JC Reeves, a builder known for his quality and well built construction and luxury homes. Most of these homes are larger with square footage running low 2000 to the 4000 range with the average in the 3000 square foot range. It's an established neighborhood with larger lots than the newer construction and mature landscaping.

The Hedges Creek Neighborhood is located about 20 miles south of Downtown Portland and enjoys a community park with tennis courts, play structures, covered seating areas and nature trails named Ibach Park. A quiet nestled in neigborhood yet is conveniently near shopping as well as I-5 for an easy commute.

Most of the homes in this neighborhood are usually in the $400,000 and up price range, but some recently have sold bank owned have sold in the $300K range.

I've done a quick video tour to give you a general idea of what the homes in the Hedges Creek Neigborhood, Tualatin Oregon look like.

Hi Cindy "in Indy", The Cole St. Property was a bank owned, and priced really low for the neighborhood. Looks like a bidding war raised the sales price.

Cindy - Great hyperlocal post with video. Looks like a lovely neighborhood ... beautiful homes.  Must look really pretty with it's all in bloom.

Hi Barbara, Thanks and yes, it will look real nice once the trees come in and the flowers and shrubs bloom. I'll be taking another video when when that happens...and next time will try not to get so much of my cars dash in it...but at least you can get the feel of the homes in the neighborhood.

Hedges Creek sure looks beautiful!

I am having the same issues as you.  I get drawn into a beautiful neighborhood and the weather is not cooperating with me to take a photo + no leaves on trees!  This subdivision still looks gorgeous tho!

Hi Renee, It;s a great neighborhood. The good thing is that people checking it out can see how it looks in the winter months...which is still nice. The trees are starting to bud, and there will be that day when I'm driving and it will seem that the trees leafed out overnight. Late spring and summer will be great for getting out there and making videos of neighborhoods. I'm ready!

Hi Cindy - How do you attach the camera securely to the dashboard?

Hi Jill, I just held it up as I drove real slow which is why there is more dashboard than I'd like in the videoI'm going to stop at the camera store and see if they have something for it. I see others that look like they are secure on the dashboard, so hoping they have something for it. I think the best way is to have another person drive so you can shoot the video.
