ABILENE, PRETTY IN PINK THIS SPRING!
Spring is in the air and the redbuds are blooming at Redbud Park - Now we know why it is called Redbud Park, don't we?
The redbuds are also blooming on Sayles Boulevard, a very pretty divided street in Abilene lined with gorgeous older homes.
The weather was made for walking today and many walkers and runners were seen enjoying the track around Redbud Park today.
Even one of my rosebushes has a pink rosebud blooming! Spring is here!
If a home move is in your future, now is the time for a staging consultation.
A staging consultation is a step-by-step checklist on what items to complete to prepare your home for the market to A staging consultation includes recommendations on cost effective ugrades, color recommendations, furniture arrangement, wall treatments, art, lighting, and interior and exterior decor.
In the new construction in Abilene, I am seeing outdoor kitchens included in the higher end homes.
Creating inviting outdoor spaces is a cost effective way to appeal to buyers and create value by expanding the feel of more square footage.
A consultation for staging is most effective before the house goes on the market. But if your house is just sitting there, ask your Realtor to get you a staging consult. It is never too late to stage a home.
If you want to sell the fastest, remember call for a staging consultation and then complete the items that you decide to do before the FOR SALE sign goes in the yard. The Real Estate Staging Association gives statistics for 2009 that illustrate that a home staged before the sign goes in the yard sells 19 days faster than a house that is staged AFTER the sign is put in the yard.
For the homes that are staged and marketed on www. stagedhomes.com , 95 percent are staged and SOLD in a month. The staged home is going to stand out from the competition. Don't try to sell without staging.
The National Association of Realtors has statistics that illustrate that most traffic to a listing is during the first weeks of the listing.
- First, you get a staging consultation to prepare your home to STAND out from the competition.
- Second, you market the home either by owner or listing with a REALTOR pricing to beat out the competition.
- Third, you SELL your home.
There you have it.
- Stage It!
- List It!
- Sell It!
Not Sure What to do First! Get a staging consultation!
