Eisenhower is a family-centric neighborhood that is centered around the Eisenhower Elementary School. It has a sense of family and unity that is not common in every neighborhood.
Eisenhower is set just enough away from the “main trail” of Boulder to provide infinite (inside) opportunities to its eastern Boulder population: It provides denizens easy access to Colorado’s great outdoors with local trails such as the Bobolink and Centennial. And it also offers local amenities such as the Meadows Club, a swim and tennis club, which becomes a popular local hangout during the summer months.
The neighborhood borders
With Arapahoe Road to the north, South Boulder Road to the south, Cherryvale to the east, and Foothills Parkway to the west; it’s easy to feel like you are close to everything Boulder has to offer.
Walking your kids to school is not only common in this neighborhood, it is easy. And this is due to the way the relatively newer neighborhood was constructed.
The real estate in Eisenhower
There are approximately 1,300 homes positioned in this school centric neighborhood.
The average Eisenhower home is mult-leveled and offers three to four bedrooms. And at around $575,000, the homes seem to carry most Eisenhower residents through a majority of their stay in Boulder.
This family-centered, outdoorsy community proves time-and-time again to be a favored spot in beautiful Boulder; as a good deal of families that leave the Eisenhower area only do so after their nests are much less full.
