The best ice cream in the country is now in Colorado! We love Blue Bell ice cream and it is one of the things we have missed about Texas. Texas transplants rejoice! Blue Bell is now available right here in Colorado and there is a new flavor that is ONLY available in Colorado; Rocky Mountain Road!

Our favorite is Cookies and Cream, but it is closely followed by Banana Split and Homemade Vanilla. Put this on your grocery list! Check out this link! Blue Bell Ice Cream

Ron and Pat: I love the Homemade Vanilla... but if you really want to go crazy, Blue Bell has a Cherry Vanilla that just might become your number one favorite. Yum !

And... what's nice about Blue Bell... they have left it at the half-gallon size, where other brands have shrunk theirs to 1.75 quarts... and some have dared to cut it down to 1.5 quarts to try and fool the ice-cream-loving public. Grrrr.

We just returned from a trip to TX today and have to confess that we bought pint sizes and plastic spoons and had our Blue Bell "fix" in our hotel room! @Joan...waste no time, you have a lot of trying out to do! @ Carolyn, I have not had the Cherry Vanilla, but will try it! and @ Roger..we LOVE Moose Tracks, too!!! Yummmy!!!
