No More T-Mobile, just AT&T

By

I am trying so hard to stay positive on this Monday morning but it is already off to a shaky start. My beloved cell phone company is being taken over by AT&T. I always thought of myself as a person that didn't mind change. I guess I only like it when it is on my terms because I am certainly not happy about this.

What is going to happen to my great customer care? Will I have to switch over to one of their crappy plans? They are purchasing T-Mobile for about $39 Billion dollars. Yeah, that will buy a whole lot of minutes but it doesn't make me any happier.

Blah............I really hope that this is the worst that happens today.

I have always had AT&T . I will not see any difference. Hope they will offer lower rates now.

@Sally,  I feel you. I just have not heard good things about AT&T at all. I don't even know why they were given access to the Iphone.

@Gita, the rates were another one of my major concerns. I get unlimited everything for my family with T for a great rate.

@Adam,  I have heard great things from Sprint. I guess they all have their faults.

Kim, I dumped at&t for t-mobile and have been really happy - had a similar reaction when I saw the story, oh NO and what irony :(

AT&T should not be allowed to monopolize like this!!! It just proves once again that our government makes one stupid decision after another!!!!

Kim - I used to have T-Mobile and I loved it.  But last year, hubby bought me a Droid for Christmas and made me get Verizon (UUUGGGHHH - I hate Verizon).  But I'm guess I'm glad now because I hate AT&T even more than I hate Verizon.  Hope all goes well for you.
