That is excellent to hear. Pelham is a great area and you're right about local. It's funny, I worked on some renovations there...and every person there asked for references specifically from Pelham. Everywhere else in Westchester, I just provide references. It is so funny. Thankfully, I've had good luck in Pelham so I was able to easily oblige.
