Do It "Your Way." Listen to Frank Sinatra sing his classic song "My Way" and you will be inspired to follow this piece of advice. I have been in sales all of my professional life. One thing I have learned is that the best way for me to sell and help my clients is to do it my way. One of my strategies early on as a Real Estate Agent was to trust my instincts and treat my clients the way I would like to be treated. I tapped into the feelings I had when I bought my first home, and did my best to provide service to my clients based on what I had wanted.
One of the great things about being a Real Estate Agent is that there is no right or wrong way to do business, particularly on how you market yourself. What works for one Agent might not work for another. Have confidence in yourself. Trust yourself and do it your way. I did it my way, and so can you.
