Robin, you have been busy this morning posting all this information. I bought a new 4 bedroom home in San Ramon for $60,000, of course that was back in the 70's. Wish I still owned it today, a nice community.

It looks like a lot of homes are selling but it would be great to see the change vs. last month and changes in the median and average sales prices. I hear that part of the Bay Area has been doing really well lately.
