What not all buyers understand is that a motivated seller has a better "deal" than a foreclosure in many cases!

How do you get a deal?

  • Work with a Realtor you trust.
  • Get pre approved by a lender you trust, before you find your deal.
  • Get automatic e-mails each day.
  • Check those auto e-mails daily.
  • Call  right away if you see that home that you think might be a good fit for you.
  • BE READY TO do what ever you need to to see the home right away.
  • Write an offer on the home.

  • Make the terms atractive to the seller.
  • Make sure you have the home inspected, make it contingent on that inspection and an appraisal.
  • Do not low ball when the house is priced well.
