How do you get a deal?
- Work with a Realtor you trust.
- Get pre approved by a lender you trust, before you find your deal.
- Get automatic e-mails each day.
- Check those auto e-mails daily.
- Call right away if you see that home that you think might be a good fit for you.
- BE READY TO do what ever you need to to see the home right away.
- Write an offer on the home.
- Make the terms atractive to the seller.
- Make sure you have the home inspected, make it contingent on that inspection and an appraisal.
- Do not low ball when the house is priced well.
