BLOG TRAINING ? ?

By
Real Estate Agent with Emerald Coast Realty, Inc.

ITS A BLOG FOLKS, IT IS NOT A NOVEL !!   Why would anyone even consider 'Blog Training' or for that matter any requirements to get on this website?  First and foremost, ITS A BLOG FOLKS, IT IS NOT A NOVEL !!  No Pulitzer's Prizes are going to be awarded around here.  The beauty of the blog is, it includes the average person to the above average person.  It incluces the poorest to the richest.  It includes the successful business person to the unsuccessful.  It includes the novice to the expert.  It allows for novice questions and for expert questions.  It allows for 'Pearls of Wisdom' that may come from the most unlikely sources.

If we begin Blog Training, then we will have to have a committee to decide what should be in the training syllabus and then a committe to review each blog before posting and then we will need an appeal committee for blogs that have been posted and then challenged by the community and so on and so forth.  Oh, and don't forget the appeal committee for the Blogs that were rejected for posting. A nd on and on and on . . .

iF YOU HAVE AN OPINION, YOU ARE BLOG QUALIFIED !!

Just for the fun of it, will this post qualify to be included in what should be blogged?  Probably not, but I will appeal such A decision!  :-)

I would say to you that learning to make a presentable blog that has SEO appeal takes time and expertise.  I'm not interested in other real estate agents liking or not liking my opinions nearly as much as reaching out to my potential client base.  These blogs bring sales.  Real money.  If done correctly.

Maria -   I like that!!  Probably the Bloggers will fill that gap.  You know, how to do this and how to do that to win your appeal.   But I think we should put You in in charge of the Appeal Committee.  :-)

Chris -  I appreciate that concept.  To blog for fun is one thing and to blog for dollars is another.  However, being able to combine the two of them makes very good sense.  Thanks for the insight.

Dwight, I set up a blog for opinions.  It is called http://coltsneckopinion.com..  I don't think people know how to use it though.

Nice blog....not sure though if it qualifies, but if you're going to fight it, then I'll let it be.

Suzi -  Thanks for your comment.  I know what you meant.  But I don't think it makes sense.  But that doesn't mean that I think you are senseless.  Did that make sense?  :-)

I think the word professional and the word blogger are almost mutually exclusive by definition.  Should we assume that if any of this was worth paying for, i.e. professional, that it would be somewhere else besides here?  A person might make that argument but I would not necessarily agree with it.  In fact a lot of what is here is very good, indeed, quite good.  But in the end, professional would be paid for and amature would be free.   THANKS AGAIN.
