I loved listening to your rant. I have one that I will post because you motivated me :) I am actually incredulous at this story. I have heard some horror stories, but I have never heard this before!
I got one for you, a client comes in and is just devistated because the home is getting foreclosed on by BOA. This is after they promised her the mortgage loan modification program, that the client signed up for, and paid on time every month, was all going to work. I said why are you losing your home? They lost an important document that I faxed to them and they say I did not provide the documetnation they requested in a timely fashion.
I said you must get in touch with the HOPE program with HUD, she said it is the HOPE program that told me they are foreclosing on me. I said something sounds fishy here in camp Wickineshy, HOPE is your best hope, no pun intended. Then a few days later I got the thank you for saving my home call as the client finds out that BOA has named their loan modification program support resource HOPE as well. Funny coincidence there.
