Healdsburg Real Estate Offices Changing Names

 Three local real estate offices have changed the names of their offices in the past week. Frank Howard Allen Realty is now named Wine Country Group Realtors by Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate. They will remain in the same location at 119 North Street in Healdsburg. The announcement came at their office meeting Wednesday, February 16th. Dianne Harris, a Realtor with Frank Howard Allen said, "Were thrilled and looking forward to joining forces." 

This not only changes for Better Homes and Gardens Realty this week locally. They are relocating Sonoma Gold Realty by Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate to 119 North street intoi the new office. The office was located at 326 Healdsburg Ave. That office had only been operating under that name the past 6 months and was formerly known as Prudential California Realty. Mike Downs, the former manager for the Prudential office said, "This is a very positive change for our office and will position us well for the years to come, Better Homes and Gardens Realty is growing fast and this is the market they want to be in." 

Century 21 Les Ryan Realtors also saw a name change and is now Century 21 NorthBay Alliance. They will change locations this next week. They were located at 58 West North Street and are moving to 435 Healdsburg Avenue in the Frediani Building just north of Costeaux Bakery. It has been purchased by Pat Provost. Provost was a local school teacher in the Geyserville school district. Provost now owns and operates nine Century 21 offices in Sonoma, Marin and Lake County. Greg Cornelius, manager of the new Century 21 office said, "Century 21 has been the global leader in real estate, Century 21 Alliance has been the technology leader in Sonoma County the past ten years, we are a local, family owned business with global connections."
