In general, many Buyers and our Sellers are not realizing the strides (okay, steps) that have occurred while negotiating the housing market in Naples. The trending has been somewhat of a meeting of the minds. When using the quarterly statistics the seasonal profiles become more visible and unique to our South West Florida market. In the next 2 weeks I'll add the Q1 stats for 2011 and you will be able to clearly see what I mean. This information is from the past three years and encompasses all property types excluding co-op, manufactured and timeshare activity within the Naples area.
