Flagstaff Short Sales in Surrounding Areas Since Last Week

Flagstaff short sales--since last week there are 4 more short sales in Flagstaff surrounding areas. This is one more new short sale as compared to last week. This search is of short sales put on the market since last Tuesday. It includes single family, townhomes, manufactured homes and condos in the surrounding areas of Flagstaff.  It might seem like this number is going down, but we haven't seen the massive numbers here as in other areas of the country. The average asking price is $227,000, which is down from last week by about $33K. The average price per square foot is $140.47, which is down from last week by about $26.
