The Double Dip: Another Catalyst for Fear and Indecision?

Baskin Robbins is nowhere to be found. This double-dip that is making its way to the national news is serving as a catalyst for more writers to have a negative influence on the market through their own speculation.

The national news typically holds more credibility with people than the local news...to the point of ridiculousness. The national news can report a national trend in the real estate market, while your local market may be the complete opposite of that trend. No matter how much the local news people report what's happening locally, the influence of the national news seems to win out more often than not.

All it takes is a suggestion from a writer on a national platform to get the ball rolling...just a suggestion. And what suggestions tend to get the most attention?

The ones with the most drama.

And it only makes your job more difficult in the process by creating yet more questions to be addressed (as if there aren't enough already).  Not to fear...in this video I've got a simple approach that should help if you're encountering a lot of indecision from your buyers who are "waiting for the best deal"...
