MISC provides access to the secondary mortgage market for banks throughout Kansas, Missouri and Oklahoma FHA, VA, USDA and conventional mortgage loan programs. We help community banks attract and retain customers via home loans while earning fee income. Various levels of service are available for correspondent banks from simply taking the application and turning the "back room" work over to us for processing, underwriting, closing and funding, to purchasing closed loans originated by banks. Established in 2000, we serve over 200 banks in our area with a highly experienced staff. MISC does not originate loans on a retail basis and compete with you; our only business is service to our correspondent bank customers.
