Need A Pool Home

I need your help my fellow realtors.

Anyone has a pool home, 3bd, 2ba in Tampa, preferable Carrollwood area?

I have a family I am working with and needs a lease purchase, they are closing on their house they sold out of state in a year and need a home till then.
