Concord MAFor the period of January 1 to February 28, 2011 there were 21 homes that SOLD in Concord between $315,000 and $2,300,000 with an average of 164 days on market and an average of $900,167. This was an increase of 8 units as there were 13 homes that closed fro the same period in 2010.

For the period of January 1 to February 28, 2010 there were 13 homes that SOLD in Concord between $360,000 and $2,070,000 with an average of 105 days on market and an average sale price of $1,080,038.

Currently there are 101 single family homes in Concord for sale between $299,000 and $8,500,000 with an average sale price of $900,167 and a market time of 101 days.

There were 7 homes under agreement between $445,000 and $929,900 with an average of 90 days on market and a list price of $688,129.

Concord has some great new listings coming on the market everyday. The spring market has arrived!
