Softball Season at John Griffin Middle School...
There is nothing better then being at the ball field this time of year! The girls on the softball team at John Griffin middle school have been having a great season. Today was no different!
They were playing the Douglas Byrd middle school and I have to say those girls didn't have much of a chance, actually felt a little sorry for the other side... The game ended at somewhere around 23 to 4 and I think we only played three innings.
My Haylee loves to play first base! She doesn't get much play time because she is only a seventh grader and they all have to do their time to move up. She never complains and is just as excited to be part of the team! This might be her first year the school team but I have to say I don't think it will be the last.
Here is to many more years sitting on the bench cheering for Haylee and her team!! Go Pirates!!
