Hi Ken,

The homes in The Paddocks are really beautiful. Why do you think there is such a large inventory...why 8 homes on the market in the 1st quarter and yet none have sold? Is this just a seasonal issue?

Hi Andrew.  Thanks for stopping by.

The subdivision started about 5 years ago, during the real estate peak.  There are still several lots available.  Some of the homes "available" for sale haven't been built yet, just builders plans...

Also, the homes are big and fairly expensive.  Certainly this sector has been hurt by the market downturn...
